Al-Suwaidi Real Estate Enterprises Co. Ltd. (SRE) was established in the year 2002 under the auspices of Al-Suwaidi Holding Co. (SHC ), with the aim of responding to the continuing development of Saudi Arabia in the field of property, land and infrastructure development. With the tremendous population increase over the last three decades and the obvious continuing growth, there is a high demand for all types of infrastructure and property development especially for housing.

In 2004, SRE obtained recognition from SGS United Kingdom Ltd. Systems & Services Certification for its outstanding quality housing projects; thereby awarded with an ISO 9001:2000 certification.
